This Level 2 Food Safety course is ideal for head chefs, supervisors or all those who would like an accredited qualification.

A multiple choice assessment paper from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. or Highfield Awarding Body. A certificate is awarded to everyone who achieves at least 20 marks out of 30. For anyone with reading or writing difficulties, the assessment can be taken orally. Many foreign languages can be catered for.

The certificate lasts for 3 years
