This course provides the delegate with a detailed introduction into how to successfully initiate a project, tips on how to ensure that team members and stakeholders are engaged and working together and methods to adopt to ensure that the project has the best chance of being a success. This course also covers the process of defining tasks, setting milestones and identifying and managing risks to the project.
