The course will cover the areas of forming teams, developing teams and managing teams. The course will ensure that delegates will leave having understood their own management style and the strengths and weaknesses of these styles when managing different teams in different situations. Delegates will also be introduced to the management and leadership skills required to set team goals effectively, assess team and individual team members' performance, inspire and motivate team members through the good times as well as the bad and ensure that team and personal goals are met. The course will also provide tips on how team managers can spot when problems may occur and act accordingly to minimize any negative affect on their team.
