Previously known as the City & Guilds 2400 this course can be delivered over a variety of formats; block sessions, evenings or day release.
It is technical theory based course aimed at personnel who have responsibilities within their control for the design and specification of electrical installations as well as the control of inspection and testing upon completion.
The course is designed to provide a detailed examination of BS7671:2008 with respect to electrical design and installation and as such delegates must have an appreciation for the publication, ideally holding a current City & Guilds wiring regulations qualification or equivalent.
The full City & Guilds 2391-20 examination consists of the three parts: a written three hour paper, a practical assessment and a fifteen hour design project. (Candidates that can verify recent achievement of the City & Guilds 2391-10 qualification may be deemed exempt from the practical assessment component)
