Delegates will be introduced to the different leadership styles and will be able to measure their own style against these standards to determine their own strengths and weaknesses. Delegates will complete the course with an understanding of how their own leadership style can affect the perfomance of their team or organisation and which characteristics are commonly displayed by successful leaders. This course will also cover the difference between management and leadership skills and how their own leadership skills can be developed with a view to achieving strategic objectives and organisational goals and targets. This course is aimed at Managers or Team Leaders who want to learn about their own leadership style and how this can be developed to achieve their team or organisational goals.
