Who should attend?

The Emergency First Aid at Work Training course (formerly Appointed Persons) is suitable for people who have been nominated as appointed persons within the workplace. This course covers the essential topics to be able to make a difference should an emergency occur. This course is run within the guidance set out in the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981

What will I be able to do on completion?

Once you have completed the Emergency First at Work course, you will be assessed and once you have passed the assessment, you will receive a First Aid card and Certificate. You will legally be a First Aider and use the skills and qualification in the workplace.

How will I be assessed?

The Emergency First Aid at Work training consists of ONE main unit: Unit 1: Emergency First Aid Skills Assessment: Oral examination & practical examination
