The Apprenticeship for IT Users has been designed, in conjunction with the sector skills council, to meet the needs of employers. It is relevant to people who work in, or want to work in office-based roles in a wide range of different industries.

Further Details
To complete the Advanced Apprenticeship for IT Users learners must complete the following components:
• Level 3 NVQ for IT Users
• Level 3 Certificate for IT Users
• Level 2 Certificate in Adult Numeracy
• Level 2 Certificate in Adult Literacy
It is permitted for learners to undertake key skills at a higher level than the minimum that is specified.
