Course covers all aspects of legislation (PUWER, Noise at Work etc) , PPE, chain sharpening, pre-start checks, basic operation and safe cutting practices. For non-forestry or utility compnay operators a LANTRA Awards certificate will be awarded on succesful completion. NPTC assessment can also be arranged for professional forestry operators.

Courses are run at our training centre in Ayrshire, near Glasgow and comprise a miix of classroom work, demonstration and practical handling, with the emphasis on as much practical handling as possible. Course requires a minimum of 2 persons to run.
