The tutor for the courses is Sam Shaw. Sam has been teaching painting and drawing for 20 years ,first at Reading university fine art dept. and now from her studio. She is a practising painter herself with regular shows in London and cambridge We run both part time courses over a term and full time courses over a few days [farm B&B available] . The cost of the part time courses are £20 per three hour session and a full time three day course is £150. All art materials can be provided.
We have been running for nine years - many references available.

The aim of each course is to enable every pupil to improve their drawing and painting skills by strengthening their observational skills, visual imagination and visual memory through drawing and painting. These courses are structured with a large amount of individual tuition within the group. Students normally feel mentally exhausted at the end of a session !
