On successfully completing the course, delegates will be able to:
Understand the legal requirements for health and safety in the workplace.
Identify common workplace hazards and be able to evaluate risks.
Understand their role in preventing accidents and ensuring the workplace is safe.
Recognise safe working practices and understand when things need to be reported.
Understand the importance of reporting incidents and taking action to prevent re-occurrence.
Understand how their companys health and safety policy should be implemented.
Further Details
Delegates who successfully complete the training course and pass the IOSH approved assessment will be issued with an IOSH Working Safely Certificate which is valid for a three year duration.
