The TeamDoc journey includes:
Action research: shadowing and 360 interviews, including external stakeholder networks, to explore the issues in practice.
Cultural system analysis at team and organisational level
Group coaching: focusing on the issues identified and developing a sense of purpose; building trust for collaboration; and developing accountability and responsibility
1-1 Executive Coaching: the individual as a contributor and leader
Collaboration Strategy development: using collaboration in business strategy eg. examining the nature of alliances and issues, blocks and clashes that may emerge; corporate social responsibility and building people authenticity into the value chain.
Measurement assessments: we use a number of assessments and benchmarking formulas to determine ROI at Level 3. Assessments used include Belbin Team Roles, and 360 survey assessments in Behavioural Differentiation, Influence and Leadership.
