Anybody that wants to teach or train in the subject that you are qualified in, or have in depth experience in. What will I be able to do on completion?
You will be able to teach or train learners in the subject that you have experience in, or qualified in. You will be able to teach QCF qualifications to anybody from the age of 14 years and upwards. This includes schools, colleges, sixth form, and University.
How will I be assessed?
1 x Micro Teach of 30 minutes 1 x Assignment 1 x Reflective journal

The Preparing To Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) programme is specifically designed to allow you to teach or train within Post Compulsory Education and Training (PCET) Environment.
We will give you the in depth knowledge to get you off on the right foot for a FULL teaching or training career, and potentially enabling you to then progress onto further teacher training programmes in the future such as DTLLS and the Certificate in Education (Cert Ed).
The course is available at levels 3 and 4.
The level 3 course is suitable for private teachers / trainers / tutors.
The Level 4 course is suitable for teachers in Public Education (such as F.E Colleges, Sixth Form, H.E University).
At level 4, you will be expected to research and analyse teaching and learning theories in addition to your classroom workshops. This means you will be required to read from relevant authors and reference your assignments using the Harvard referencing system.
Unlike PTLLS training courses elsewhere such as Colleges, our PTLLS courses are fast, intense and straight to the point. Our assessors will give specific, objective and descriptive feedback to you that will enable you to quickly complete set tasks and assignments without wasting your valuable time.
We at Concept Academies will train you to quickly become experts in the field of teaching, and allowing you to confidently deliver your skills and knowledge to your learners.

- Online pre course study
- 3 x 1 Day Intensive Workshops (this includes your Micro Teach)
- Up to 8 weeks to write 1 assignment and 1 reflective journal.
