It looks at the management of health and safety, as well as considering the best approach to controlling a wide variety of workplace hazards. The course is based on UK Law.

Who should study?
It has been designed specifically for managers, supervisors, employee representatives and anyone needing to make health and safety decisions at work.
Entry criteria
There are no formal entry requirements but a good standard of written English is essential.
Assessment
The assessment consists of an examination and a practical health and safety assessment of a workplace. Exams can be taken throughout the UK and Worldwide via British Council Offices.
