Enabling Successful Change

A two-day senior management workshop

Successful change in today’s complex business environment is often dependent on close attention being paid to issues that allow cultural integration and acceptance of change. As a senior manager responsible for enabling successful change you will recognise that these issues often encompass the “softer” aspects of change. They may include maintaining a clear focus on the business benefits, helping the stakeholders to help you, avoiding being a leader without followers, and overcoming resistance by dealing with conflict effectively.

This workshop will focus on these aspects of change and will help experienced managers develop their abilities for enabling successful change.
