Gas Safety awareness for Surveyors

Installation of pipe work and fittings.

Landlord gas safety records.

Duties of Landlords where there is no gas supply installed (gas carcass/no meter, landlords duty to verify no gas installed or LPG installed by tenant)

Overview of energy efficiency in relation to gas heating installations.
