The key objective of this Birmingham management training course is to enable the delegates to deliver meaningful change into their organisation. This is achieved through individuals taking ownership of their own development and implementing 2 work based projects. These projects focus on improving a working relationship and the effectiveness of your team.
This management training course is spread over a 10 week period to allow these changes to be embedded within the organisation
It includes a level 5, 20 cat point Management Qualification accredited from Coventry University. This is gained through work based assignments based on the delegates work place. For individuals employed in England, this course has £239 funding once both assignments have been submitted, bringing the cost down to £695 + vat.
