NON ACCREDITED TRAINING

We are able to run programmes for two to over two hundred participants and we are adept at adapting out style to suit the needs, so ensuring objectives are achieved and practical solutions for application of learning back into the workplace offered.

All our events are designed and delivered with five core elements in mind:

Structure - Clear objectives and programme structure ensures all material is covered in a logical format thus increasing chances or understanding and retention
Relevance - Material is up to date and trainers / facilitators employed for their skill in the subject matter and their ability to make it relevant to the audience
Relaxed - A relaxed mind is an open mind and we ensure all our programmes have a relaxed but focused atmosphere
Challenging - Delegates are always asked to challenge their current working practises to see if and where improvements can be made
Practical - Learning is not complete until information and ideas can be tried and tested in the working environment. All our training events are clearly focused on whether / how individuals can practically apply learning from the day into improved business performance
