There is no formal assessment but you will receive a Safer Food Scores Certificate of Attendance.
The aim of the scores on the doors training course is to ensure that you understand the guidance that EHOs follow when deciding which score to award yor business. That way you can predict your score and determine what you need to do to get a top score. You will also understand how to appeal against an unfair score and how to arrange a re-visit to be re-scored
