This course focuses on the impact of telephone conference calls on our verbal communication delivery, and provides a set of guidelines to enhance the effectiveness of the outcomes. In particular the uncertainty that arises as a result of no visual reference, and how to engage a large number of people for the duration of the call in different countries and time zones.
