It is a fundamental requirement for those wishing to comply with BS7858 and other industry codes of practice, to operate a stringent pre-employment security screening system. The security screening system has to ensure that personnel involved in the screening process, have the necessary information to enable the process to be effectively and successfully undertaken.

This course is suitable for screening personnel and other Human Resource professionals with screening responsibility. Also suitable for trainers who hold a minimum level 3 training qualification who wish to learn the skills to deliver to others. In addition administrators who wish to learn the importance of vetting and the skills needed.
The course enables personnel in the vetting process to have the necessary information for the process to be effectively and successfully undertaken. Assessment will be made by means of a multiple choice examination to check the delegates knowledge of the vetting procedure. Trainers will leave with a CD-Rom enabling them to deliver this course to others.
