This workshop focuses on how to develop an effective culture through motivational, inspirational and responsible leadership, increasing profitability through:
Developing your vision for your team, enabling identification of new opportunities
Increasing team motivation and the ability to self manage
Increasing the creativity and ingenuity of your teams
Preserving the potential of your vision and its environment
The session provides participants with the opportunity to explore their current leadership strengths and to develop a greater understanding of the different leadership activities that will impact quickly and positively on their teams, themselves and organisational success.
Sustainable leadership incorporates ways to maximise the potential of your organisation and team members, recognising and harnessing different contributions, demonstrating ethical leadership behaviours and sustaining an effective profitable culture.
This workshop provides a creative and interactive-based style, enabling participants to be open and to discuss ideas in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Aims
To provide participants with opportunities to explore:
Create the Culture - focusing on ways to develop your vision with your team, engaging and enabling team members to be part of the process. Incorporating ways to build and deliver new market opportunities;
Establish the Culture - exploring ways to embed the culture, whilst building productivity and profitability. This will include key ways to preserve diversity, human rights and responsible behaviour in a competitive market;
Maintain the Culture - how to minimise any risks to your culture, including how to identify the team and individual behaviours that will support and sustain the culture. Incorporating ways to build the creativity and self management of a successful team;
Refresh/Review the Culture - focusing on how to recognise when to change direction or approach in response to changing needs of stakeholders/customers/team members and ways to lead change successfully.
