- Create a detailed Execution Plan which is logical and achievable
- Minimise Risks through planning for contingencies
- Allocate Resources in the most effective way
- Have detailed control of Finances
- Establish the ‘Critical Path’ of the vital project stages, with an easy method
- Prepare to load the Execution Plan in to Project Software
- Be able to cope with Changes to the Project if required
- Learn from the Experience of each Project with a thorough Review Process
