Foundation Management Development Programme
Developing future leaders is a key factor in developing the future of a business. The Foundation Management Development Programme FMDP is a modular programme aimed at team leaders and first line managers. It provides the individual with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to be an highly effective leader and manager. The programme is accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
The FMDP has a key spine on the form of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment which will improve awareness and communication. This is followed by a series of modular workshops on leadership, delegation skills, motivation skills and problem solving. These are essential skills for first line managers, team leaders and supervisors.
