Many practitioners in the NI construction industry require continuous professional development in certain areas in order to undertake their duties and responsibilities as members of construction project teams.

In respect of Contract Management, we have considered where knowledge gaps need filled and as a consequence we have designed, along with our industry partners, Alway Associates, a suite of professional development seminars built into a wider programme that will provide tangible and immediate benefit to those practitioners who attend.
