This is the second running of this workshop, which enables NI contractors, service providers and procuring agencies in general develop an appreciation for the changes that have taken place in the public procurement process, taking into account the new Remedies Directive and recent case-law of the courts.

The workshop will be delivered at the University of Ulster (Jordanstown) by Lionel McCarthy and Jeanne Copeland, Senior Directors from Achilles Procurement Services; a long-term industry partner with CEni.
