At the end of the programme participants will;
Have a greater awareness and understanding of what constitutes bullying, its effects on the individual and the organisation, and the health and safety implications
Increase their knowledge of the relevant legislation as it applies to bullying, and their management responsibilities within their organisations policy and code of practice
Know how to handle bullying informally and formally
Understand the impact of their own behaviour on others, and set standards of behaviour for their teams
Develop personal and team action plans which will help create a positive work environment
