From 'Sick Note' to 'Fit Note'

Sponsored links

In April 2010 the system of medical certification changed. Employees are now obliged to obtain a ‘Statement of Fitness to Work’ (informally known as “Fit Notes”) from their GP after 7 days of self certified absence. This programme gives you the information you require to amend your current absence management practices and to understand how to get the most from the changes.

This programme is for you if
you are a Line Manager, HR professional or an Occupational Health Employee who has a responsibility towards managing sickness absence in the workplace.
