This programme is aimed at senior Management teams, especially those responsible for managing organisational change effectively and looking for an effective project management method.
This programme will help participants appreciate the importance of handling change for business success. Commence formulating a Business Case which will justify the establishment of a PRINCE2® approach to project/change management in your business
Conceive the “way forward”
