This course enables students to further develop their critical understanding of the interrelationship of numerous factors which contribute to the success or failure of the coaching process, including, personal coaching networks, importance and application of supervision, personal action plans and the importance of continuing professional development.

This course is part of the Certificate in Coaching awarded by the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education.

The course will be delivered purely by on-line study. If you wish to study for credit, assessment for the course will be through written assignments to be completed by the end of the course. This course is worth 20 credits at FHEQ level 4.
