Through critically examining profiling tools, students will demonstrate a robust appreciation of the potential implications (positive and negative) of using them and the implications of equality & diversity issues within coaching.
This course is part of the Certificate in Coaching awarded by the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education.
This course is comprised of a 1 day, non-residential workshop on 20th January 2011 followed by a period of on-line study. Attendance at the workshop is required, and if you wish to study for credit, assessment for the course will be through written assignments to be completed by the end of the course. This course is worth 20 credits at FHEQ level 4.
