This course is designed to build upon
the knowledge and skills you have
achieved during the foundation
plastering course.
The aim of this course is to instruct
you further in the correct methods
and procedures involved in the
application and finishing of the more
complex areas of plastering.
During this course we will teach you: -
●● Fixing plasterboard (staggered
board system)
●● Internal backing (floating) coats
in sand/cement and Gypsum
based material
● Fixing angle beads to form
corners and reveals
● Application of finishing plasters to
different backgrounds
● Direct bonding of plasterboard
●● Forming splayed angles
●● Fix covings to internal, external
and splayed angled walls
●● Laying and forming floor screeds
