PTS RAIL TRACK TRAINING in BIRMINGHAM WEEKLY
This is the foundation course for rail tickets.
Prior to attending this course all candidates must have successfully complete a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening. We can arrange for these tests at cost of £150.00 (+VAT).
This PTS training is valid for 2 years and you will then need to be re-certified to contunue working on a rail track.
We can sponsor you to attend the course.
Upon successful completion of the Personal Track Safety course, Sentinel card holders will be able to progress their training in other areas.
We can offer a range of courses including TIC (a 2 week introductory course in rail working).

This is the foundation course for rail tickets. Prior to commencement candidates are required to successfully complete a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening (£150.00+VAT)
The PTS course aims to instruct staff on the determination of their responsibilities and duties when working on or near the line.
At the end of the course candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability to correctly interpret the Rule Book GE/RT 8000 Series or Personal Track Safety Handbook and relevant local instructions when required to go ‘On or Near the Line’.
Candidates are also required to demonstrate their understanding and ability to follow a safe system of work.
