Kerry Phippen brings her original perspective to this methods and materials workshop using ideas from your sketchbook and drawings with ink, brush and more! A studio based day discovering the beauty and infinite possibilities of using brush and ink.

About the Tutor:
Kerry Phippen often works solely from her imagination to create her lyrical and playful drawings. Ink and watersoluble pencils are her favoured medium as they allow a fluidity between the paper and the imagination. Her works are underpinned by a prolific output of drawings which are used as a both a discipline and a creative trigger. Recently selected for the RA Summer Exhibition, the RWA and the Jerwood Drawing prize, she has her ink drawing ‘Ghoul School’ in the permanent collection of the British Museum.
