Unit 3.17 Recruiting, selecting & inducting - 10 hours
Unit 3.19 Providing quality to customers - 10 hours
Unit 3.23 Managing health & safety - 13 hours

- 4 Work Based Assignments - one for units 3.01, 3.13, 3.16, 3.17
- 3 Reflective Reviews - for units 3.19, 3.23, 3.32
- 1 Change Management Report - covering units 3.02, 3.03, 3.04 -
- 1 Oral presentation – covering unit 3.09
Achievement of this qualification will enable candidates to apply for ILM membership.
