PTS Card (Personal Track Safety-Initial) - £175 Birmingham 13th & 14th June
PTS RAIL TRACK TRAINING in BIRMINGHAM 23 & 24 May then every 2 weeks.
This PTS Initial course is required by anyone wanting to work on or near a railtrack.
Before attending this course candidates must have passed then Railtrack Medical and Drug & Alcohol tests. We can arrange for these tests for you - the cost is £150.00 (+VAT).
If required we can also arrange sponsorship for you to attend the course.
Upon successful completion of the Personal Track Safety course, PTS card holders will be able to progress their training in other areas.
We can offer a range of courses including TIC (a 2 week introductory course in rail working).

The PTS course aims to instruct staff on their responsibilities and duties when working on or near the line.
At the end of the course candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability to correctly interpret the Rule Book GE/RT 8000 Series or Personal Track Safety Handbook and relevant local instructions when required to go ‘On or Near the Line’.
Candidates are also required to demonstrate their understanding and ability to follow a safe system of work.
