What will I get at the end of the two days?
As well as having an understanding of NLP fundamentals, you will also receive a manual and accredited certificate at Diploma level. The NLP Diploma counts as the first two days of the seven-day NLP Practitioner course - so when you DO decide to go ahead and develop your skills and abilities further then you can complete the NLP Practitioner with us in just five days.
What will you learn on the course?
You’ll cover the background and origins of NLP; how and why NLP works; how to negotiate, persuade and influence yourself and others; how to manage your emotional state; how to set clear and compelling goals; how to free yourself of unwanted habits once and for all; and much more.
You’ll also discover how you can use NLP as a versatile and powerful tool for learning, to help you change unwanted behavioural patterns which may be holding you back and to put you firmly back in the driving seat of your life.
This two-day intensive NLP workshop will equip you with powerful tools and techniques to create goals, to achieve them faster and with greater pleasure, solve work life or personal issues, maintain stability and embrace change.
•Use language to help other people bring about change in their lives
•Understand how the words you say to yourself shape your reality
•Develop your ability to use hypnotic language conversationally
•Discover hidden meaning and messages in other people’s statements
•Use influential and inspirational language.
•Detect language patterns in other people’s conversation and adapt how you structure sentences to achieve results
•Develop your ability to place suggestions and ideas in people’s minds.
Understand how to create clear outcomes, how to develop your sensory acuity, why behavioural flexibility is the trade mark of all successful people and how to understand, improve and develop your levels of rapport with yourself and others.
Rapport skills - Develop and strengthen your ability to connect with others. Understand how to help people step into your world by giving them the gift of stepping into theirs.
The Presuppositions of NLP - These are 15 statements about the way that we can look at life through NLP eyes. They are not true and not false, nor right or wrong. They are incredibly useful and thought provoking though. Just one of these statements alone - “there is no failure - only feedback” - has changed many of our students’ whole perception of life! How would life be different for you now if you adopted this attitude?
Setting well formed outcomes - How can we ever really get what we want if we only have a vague idea of what we want, or if we put all our focus on what we DON’T want? NLP helps you develop a crystal clear and compelling goal which magnetically pulls you toward it.
Anchoring - An incredible state-management tool for yourself and others. Have more confidence, joy, passion, optimism or courage - literally at the touch of a button, whenever you need it.
Sub modalities - A bit of NLP jargon which just means understanding the way we interpret or “code” our experience! On day two we teach you this amazing tool for changing the way that you can relate to just about anything in your life!
Language skills - Language and the way we put words together is often at the very heart of “the difference that makes the difference.” Learn how to identify and understand people’s different communication styles and adapt how you listen and communicate to get the very best results.
Attitude - NLP is in part an attitude of openness and possibility together with a curiosity to learn, grow, improve and help yourself as well as others.
