This is a theory course. The Care Quality Commission states that all personnel working within the health and social care profession, that could be called upon to administer medication, should have a sound knowledge about the process of administering medication in a healthcare setting.
This course is suitable for health and social care workers who wish to update their skills or those new to medication administration.
Our Course teaches how to administer safely using the 5 rights, after attending the course the students will need supervising at work before being left alone to administer medication, we are unable to assess competence of individual workers in their environments.
