What you will study
DiDA enables you to make the leap from passive consumers to active producers of quality digital content. The qualifications will develop your ability to organise yourself and your work and encourage you to reflect critically on your own and others’ use of ICT.
There are four qualifications in the DiDA suite:-
Unit 1 Using ICT
Unit 2 Multimedia
Unit 3 Graphics
Unit 4 Enterprise
Your Course Structure
Classroom: 30%; Practical: 70%
How you will learn
Through the use of a variety of software packages.
How you will be assessed
By submission of e-portfolios and paper-based assignments for each unit.
Entry Requirements
You will need Entry 3 literacy and numeracy qualifications. If you do not have the relevant level of qualification, we can assess your current level of literacy and numeracy via online tests and a piece of written work.
Attendance
One year, full-time. You need to be committed to attending 100% of your timetabled classes.
