Playing to Win explores issues surrounding working in teams. Participants learn:
The characteristics of highly effective teams;
Why team decisons are always better than those of individuals;
How to develop your own leadership style;
What are the factors in your own life that affect your participation in teams.
This is a learning-by-doing course in which participants can practice their team playing skills outside their own work environment. The course is based on methodology developed at the MIT Sloan School of Management, one of America's leading business schools.
