The Inspire Programme starts with a questionnaire to obtain one of the world's leading personality profiles.
You will then have a 1-to-1 coaching session with the programme facilitator, in which you will establish your personal development plan for the programme. Your line manager can be involved if that is appropriate.
Group workshop sessions take place for one evening a week for 7 sessions.
There is a gap week between sessions 4 and 5, and another 1-to-1 coaching session takes place to review your progress so far.
In the final session you will receive your programme certificate.
An online learning environment will be available for you for a minimum of 12 months to continue to grow and develop your skills and confidence.
The next workshops run in Usk, Newport on Wednesdays from 6th October, and in Nantgarw, Cardiff on Thursdays from 7th October.
