Home Study Foundation Course in Classical Homoeopathy
We know from experience that many people would love to study homoeopathy in more depth but for various reasons can find attending a College difficult, especially at weekends when most Colleges run their part-time courses. Whether it is childcare problems, distance travelling or disability, at the Yorkshire Centre of Classical Homoeopathy we understand and have therefore decided to offer a home study programme that can be started when you want, completed in your own time and in the comfort of your own home.

This is how it works
Every month we will send you a unit study pack containing coursework and assignments carefully designed to help you understand homoeopathy at a deeper level than you could from just reading books or searching the internet. Once you have completed the unit you send it back to us for our comments and marking, we then return that to you together with your next unit study pack. The study packs can be either in hard copy posted to you or by email in PDF, you decide which format suits you best.
The first study pack you receive is the Taster Unit (unit 1)
This unit introduces you to the three core subjects you will study in detail should you decide to do the complete foundation course. These are, Materia Medica (the study of remedies) Philosophy and Case taking & analysis. The main principles of homoeopathy are discussed and explained in detail along with the history of homoeopathy and its place in the world of medicine today. The fee for this unit includes a copy of the George Vithoulkas book: Medicine of the new millennium.
Fee: Foundation Course Taster unit 1 = £95.00 Pay Online
The next nine study packs (units 2-10) form the complete Foundation Course in Classical Homoeopathy which is equivalent to year 1 of the four year part-time Diploma Course in Classical Homoeopathy, so should you choose to continue studies with us after completing the home study course you will be eligible to join Year 2 of the Diploma Course. You can also choose to transfer from the home study course to the attendance Diploma Course at any time during your studies.
Units 2-10 will require you to attend two tutorial sessions at the college and will also require you to purchase a small number of essential books. (please refer to book list 1.)
Upon successful completion of your home study course you will be awarded the Foundation Course Credit in Classical Homoeopathy
Foundation course units 2 – 10 @ £150.00 per unit = £1350 Pay Online
Encouragement, support and guidance is given throughout the course from a personally assigned tutor, who as well as being a practicing homoeopath is also a qualified teacher
