What you will study

In addition to the skills required by the Level 1 qualification, the course covers:-

Editing customer and supplier details.
Processing payments and receipts involving discount.
Allocating supplier payments and customer receipts.
Processing returned and cancelled cheques.
Processing transfers between bank accounts and cash accounts.
Processing nominal journal entries.
Processing a wages journal from given data.
Producing customer invoices from given data.
Producing customer statements of account.
Printing remittance advices.
Producing purchase and sales day book summaries.
Producing aged debtor and creditor analyses.

How you will learn

You will attend a structured class organised by the course tutor and be expected to input data accurately into a bookkeeping software package as well as undertake routine functions and produce reports from the software package

The Computerised Accounts Level 2 course class details will be released at point of enrolment. It is likely to involve approximately 6 hours classroom attendance per week (Daytime and Evening).
