The Mentor Progression Award
This fully accredited Nationally Recognised training award in Mentoring is a comprehensive introduction into the skills and practice of this amazing developmental process.
During the course participants will be introduced to the generic practice of mentoring and investigate cases where this has been applied.
Participants will also have the opportunity to identify skills required for good mentoring practice and work with these for personal development.
Finally these skills will be put into practice during a mentoring relationship.
The course requires participants to attend a minimum of 5 days.
