Business Coaching can be a fantastic addition to your people development activity. Working with an experienced business coach can unlock performance potential that might otherwise take a lot longer to achieve, both as an integral element to a larger development project, or as a standalone solution.
Here at Challenging HR we only use coaches who are experienced business professionals at a senior level. They will also have a track record of success in their specialist field or in general business.
We believe this is important as there are lots of coaching qualifications available that do little to prove the recipient capable. We prefer to recruit people who we know are successful and then help them to be a great coach.
Not everybody is the same and we recognise that the relationship between a coach and coachee is vital if results are to be achieved. That is why we carefully select the coach that we feel will create the best balance between a good relationship and delivering great results.
