Those who previously attended Microsoft Excel Module 1 and 2 training or delegates who are familiar with creating and using a spreadsheet but would like to learn more about calculations and sharing data and displaying spreadsheet data graphically.
Course Content:
● Linking - Create links between spreadsheets for the purpose of consolidating information.
● Grouping - Grouping spreadsheets within a workbook to edit and format them as one object.
● About Charts - An explanation of how charts are created in Excel and a review of how to plot data on a spreadsheet.
● The Chart Wizard - Using a step by step guide to creating charts. Look at two ways of storing a chart; on the spreadsheet or in its own chart sheet.
● Chart Formatting - Apply colour/shade and fills to a chart to enhance the readability and appearance.
