Your Course Structure
This course is mainly classroom based, but there are also practical sessions both on-site and through regular visits to other facilities. Many of the classroom sessions also have practical elements to them.
How you will learn
Through lectures, presentations from staff and the uniformed services, visits to public service centres and an outdoor residential during which you will take part in challenging outdoor situations.
How you will be assessed
Continuous assessment of written and practical projects and assignments.
Entry Requirements
An interest in public services and the ability to work as part of a team. Four GCSE grades A* - D including English Language or other Level 1 course at Merit grade with a good reference. You will also need a Level 1 numeracy qualification. If you do not have this we can assess your current level of numeracy.
