Overview
The Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method is the most comprehensive of structured development methods currently available. It provides a framework and specific techniques to drive the process of systems specification and design. This course describes the philosophy, principles and concepts of the method, the framework and its relationship with the development life-cycle, and an overview of the analysis and design techniques in the method.

Optional Examination
An optional examination can be taken at venues across the UK. The exam consists of a one hour closed book written paper which will contain multiple choice questions covering the breadth of the syllabus. The
examination is charged for separately.

Successful candidates are awarded the:
ISEB Business Systems Development Certificate
in
SSADM Essentials
and earn 1 “credit” towards achieving an ISEB Business Systems Development Diploma
Course fee is for non-residential delegates and includes lunch, refreshments during the day and all course materials.
The optional examination for the Certificate in SSADM Essentials cost £85 plus VAT and takes place at the end of the course.
