What you will study

You can study for a variety of different qualifications:-
ECDL Essentials (Level 1 ITQ Award) comprising 3 units: IT User Fundamentals, Using Email and the Internet, and Security for IT Users.
ECDL Extra (full Level 2 ITQ Certificate) comprising 4 units: Word Processing, Spreadsheet Software, Presentation Software and Improving Productivity Using IT.
ECDL Advanced (Level 3). We offer individual units in: Word Processing, Presentations, Spreadsheets, Databases and Improving Productivity Using IT.


How you will learn

You will learn at your own pace with no targeted end dates.


We can provide the following excellent varied learning resources:
* A wealth of hands-on, easy to work through exercises for each module.
* Access to an automated online learning package for ECDL Essentials and ECDL Extra.
* Online Diagnostic tests for each module and/or manual mocks.


How you will be assessed

As a long-standing BCS Accredited Test Centre, we can also offer a variety of regular testing sessions for you to sit your automated ECDL Certification tests, with instant results. Manual tests are offered for ECDL Advanced modules.


Entry Requirements

There are no official entry requirements but we would strongly advise you to ensure that you are working at the correct IT level before signing up to the relevant course.


Attendance

No attendance is required for the individual learning as all our courses can be studied via Distance Learning.
Testing is available if required at one of our two BCS Accredited Test Centres.
