What you will study
The Programme develops knowledge and management skills in the following areas:
personal development, information, performance, finance, marketing, quality, project management, recruitment and selection.
How you will learn
The programme is structured on a modular basis and each module is delivered using a range of techniques including lectures, group work, case studies and technology.
How you will be assessed
No formal examination is required. Assessment will be through a programme of assignments covering the above areas and a work based project.
Entry Requirements
Participants will normally be either practising or aspiring middle managers. Whilst there are no formal educational requirements, learners should have a background that will enable them to benefit from the Programme. Prospective students will be interviewed prior to joining the Programme.
Students will need an appropriate level of literacy and numeracy to enable them to meet the requirements of independent study at this level.
