Further Details
It’s now widely accepted that Emotional Intelligence (EI) is one of the defining characteristics of effective managers/leaders/ supervisors and of effective organisations.
Star performers in your organisation will certainly have cognitive skills - IQ - but they probably also possess much higher EI skills than their peers. EI skills help them to achieve more of their potential as individuals and as contributors to their organisation. (A recent survey of 358 managers at Johnson & Johnson showed that the highest performing managers have significantly more “Emotional Competence” than other managers.)
On this enlightening workshop (run over two separate but linked days) you’ll find everything you need to get to grips with EI.
